The cellar ghost's name is Hugo. Hugo told Tom he was living in Tom's cellar because his old house had been taken over by another ghost. Hetty Hyssop said that it would very dangerous to get rid of the ghost in Hugo's old house, because it would an incredibly revolting ghost. Tom wanted to try to get the of the ghost anyway, because he wanted Hugo to go so much. Tom was actually becoming friends with Hugo, but he was just sick of Hugo scaring him. I recommend this book for kids who want a chill up their spine. This book is not for kids who don't like scary stuff.
